Background
The ride-sharing platform aims to transform urban commute by facilitating a frictionless commuting environment for the public. They were looking to offer a seamless and secure carpooling experience to its customers.

Solution
The main focus was on simplifying the ride-sharing interface allowing users to navigate smoothly. Seamless communication between both parties was another crucial feature of the app. Dista helped the client build a system to help commuters plan their daily commute and select whom they would like to share their ride.
We designed workflows to accommodate the pain-points of ride takers and the ride providers with a smooth interface to list their rides. Passengers could verify co traveler information before booking a ride, which added a layer of security and choice.
Live tracking enabled passengers to track the ride, while the group chat functionality allowed easier information sharing on the go. Both parties could also cancel rides from the app.
