Dista dedicates the first week of March this year to thank the GoD+ess’es—the Girls of Dista. Starting March 1, Dista HQ instituted a ‘Gratitude Wall’ inviting DISTANs to take a conscious pause and reflect on all the contributions that the women in the company have made to strengthen Dista’s key verticals like engineering, product, and sales and making a global impact.
While we encourage a culture of appreciation and recognition for all employees throughout the year, this Women’s Day, Dista installed a Gratitude Wall to remind ourselves of the contribution and commitment of the women employees of the company.

“Building diversity, equity, and inclusion is important to the company, and bringing it to the core of our offerings and operations is critical for us at this stage of our growth. Dista is at 35% women’s strength and is set to foster an environment of equity and inclusion within the company,” said Chinmoy Bhagawat, SVP People Experience, addressing the company on March 8th.
The DEI-sta committee, consisting of leaders and employees who have volunteered to build DEI at Dista, also facilitated a social experiment and a team-building activity throughout the company to foster allyship.
The commitment of DEI-sta this year is to coach and create allies and encourage the spirit of allyship throughout the company.
