New Delhi, April 6, 2020: CMS Info Systems, India’s largest cash solutions company, announced an initiative called ‘Cash2home’ amidst the struggle of citizens for essential services and liquidity crunch during the 21-day lockdown necessitated by the coronavirus outbreak. Cash2home is a free doorstep cash delivery service to help senior and differently abled citizens receive cash safely at home. Primarily, this initiative promotes contactless access to cash for citizens limiting the chances of community spread of the virus.
Initially, CMS has started this service across 50 locations and aims to cover 125 locations all over India. This doorstep cash delivery service is propelled by Dista, an AI enabled location intelligence platform, that powers various mobility and field operations.
Dista helps banks, cash logistics and cash transit operations by keeping track of cash in transit, vehicle movement, route deviation alerts, stoppages, and digital proof of delivery. Dista cash transit management solution comes with a feature rich admin dashboard and easy to use field app allowing you to track end to end cash logistics with same day reporting.
“This is indeed a proud moment for us to do our part in contributing to the community in these trying times. Doorstep cash delivery services for senior citizens are absolutely essential and glad that Dista could provide the technology platform to enable this,” said Shishir Gokhale, co-founder of Dista.
