The celebrations brought together employees to reflect on the company’s journey, achievements, and shared values while recognizing outstanding performance through the Zenith Awards 2025.

Keynote from the CEO: A Vision for the Future
The event began with an inspiring keynote address from Shishir Gokhale, CEO and Co-founder, Dista. He reflected on the past year, highlighted key wins and milestones achieved over the past four years, and shared the company’s vision for 2025.
Performances by Distans
DISTANs took center stage, showcasing their incredible talents with dance performances and musical jamming sessions with tabla and harmonium. A highlight of the event was an entertaining skit performed by the leadership team.
Zenith Awards 2025: Recognizing Excellence
Zenith Awards 2025 are Dista’s yearly awards given to DISTANs for their remarkable contributions across various functions. Categories included engineering, testing, customer experience, marketing, and others. The winners were applauded for their dedication, teamwork, and consistent performance, embodying Dista’s SPECIAL values. A total of 26 awards were presented to DISTANs for their exemplary work and outstanding achievements throughout the year.

Foundation Week Celebrations
In the lead-up to the Foundation Day event, employees enjoyed a full week of fun and engaging activities at the office. DISTANs followed themes throughout the week, like Bollywood Day, Beach Day, Dress Like Your Boss/colleague, Headgear Day, and Athleisure Day. Teams competed to play one-minute games, quizzes, and tombola. The highlight of the week was a thrilling game of treasure hunt where eight teams competed to solve complex clues based on Dista and location intelligence.
