Rajesh Patil’s Keynote Address at the Credit & Collections Summit
On October 7th, Rajesh Patil, VP of Strategic Accounts at Dista, delivered a keynote titled “Redefining Debt Collections with GenAI, Unified CRM & Location Intelligence.” The session centered on Dista Collect, an industry-first unified debt collection CRM powered by GenAI and location intelligence.
Rajesh showed how combining generative AI, unified CRM, and location intelligence makes collection operations more connected and data-driven. This combination strengthens field force coordination, improves operational visibility, and supports better decisions across the recovery lifecycle.
Alongside the keynote, Dista highlighted the AI and GenAI capabilities of Dista Collect throughout the summit.
